The interplanetary journey brought the trio to Earth, where it adapted new-wave to its alien sensibilities and formed a band in hopes of earning money to buy enough tinfoil to repair their damaged spaceship. Or so the story goes. This 10 song EP was recorded live at the Lava Room (as the title would suggest) shortly after their 1995 debut album "Ages 3 And Up". The songs are blissfully lobotomized garage/punk-pop filled with odes to Oreos, chewing gum, tinfoil, and Godzilla. Hey, it ain't rocket science. It's only flying saucers and rock and roll.
